7. Humanitarian Intervention

This joint report by the CAVV and the Advisory Council on International Affairs (AIV) provides advice on moral and political aspects of the issue of humanitarian intervention. It then describes certain aspects of humanitarian intervention both with and without a Security Council mandate. Lastly, it analyses the relationship between the moral, political and international law aspects of humanitarian intervention.
